Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026
This site belongs to Mike Kosenkov. This page explains what information I get when you use it, what I do with it, and how to ask me to delete it. Questions: mike@speakwithmike.com.
What I collect
- When you book a call. The booking calendar asks for your name, email, phone number and any notes you choose to add. The calendar is run by Cal.com.
- When you write to me by email or WhatsApp, I get what you send, along with your email address or phone number.
- Technical data. Like any website, the hosting provider (Vercel) and the font provider (Google Fonts) receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads.
- Private audit pages. If I sent you a link to an audit of your business, that page tells me when it's opened, how far it's scrolled, whether the calendar or WhatsApp button is used and whether the visit was on a phone or a computer. That's how I know you've seen it before I follow up. It doesn't record your IP address and doesn't use cookies.
I don't run advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or tracking cookies on this site. The booking calendar may set cookies it needs to work.
How I use it
Only to schedule and hold our call, to reply to you, and to follow up on what we discussed. I don't sell your information and I don't share it with anyone for their marketing.
Who else handles it
These services process data on my behalf, under their own privacy policies: Cal.com (scheduling), Google Workspace (email and calendar), WhatsApp (messages), Vercel (hosting), Google Fonts (fonts), Supabase (storing audit-page activity) and Telegram (notifying me about it).
How long I keep it
As long as we're in touch or working together, and as long as the law requires after that. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
Email mike@speakwithmike.com to see the information I have about you, correct it or delete it. I'll answer within 30 days. If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, this applies to you as well, and I won't treat you differently for asking.
Do Not Track. This site doesn't track visitors across other websites, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
